Terms of Service

By creating an account or using POD Command Center (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

POD Command Center is a research and listing management tool for Etsy print-on-demand sellers. It helps you research keywords, generate listing copy using AI, manage design files, track compliance obligations, and publish listings to Etsy. It is a tool to assist you — it does not guarantee any sales or business outcomes.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
• One account per person. You may not share accounts or resell access.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

• You retain ownership of all designs and content you upload.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• You are solely responsible for complying with Etsy’s seller policies, including AI disclosure requirements, original design rules, and any other rules Etsy publishes.
• The AI-generated listing copy produced by the Service is a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring accuracy before publishing.
• You must not use the Service to publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of Etsy’s terms.

The Service uses Google’s Gemini API to generate listing titles, descriptions, and tags. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You must review all AI-generated content before using it. We make no warranties about the accuracy or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

Etsy requires sellers to disclose when AI tools were used to write listing descriptions. You are responsible for adding any required disclosures.

The Service integrates with Etsy, Printify, and other third-party platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any of these platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not liable for any changes to third-party APIs, policies, or fees that affect how the Service operates.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ data.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We aim for reasonable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided “as is”. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost sales, or lost data. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email when we make material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
