1. Who we are

POD Command Center (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a software tool that helps individual Etsy print-on-demand sellers research keywords, generate listing copy, track compliance, and manage designs. This service is operated as a personal project.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following data when you use the service:

  • Account data: your email address, name (optional), and a hashed (non-reversible) copy of your password.
  • Shop data: designs you upload, listings you create, and notes you write inside the app.
  • Connected account tokens: OAuth access tokens for Etsy and API tokens for Printify, stored so the app can act on your behalf. These are stored encrypted at rest.
  • Usage data: how many AI credits you use, sales you log manually, and expenses you track.
  • Technical logs: server-side error reports sent to Sentry (see §5) when something breaks, to help us fix bugs.

3. How we use your data

We use your data only to provide the service:

  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
  • To generate AI-assisted listing copy using your design and niche information.
  • To publish listings to Etsy on your behalf when you explicitly click Publish.
  • To send you transactional emails (welcome message, compliance alerts) via Brevo.
  • We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as described in §5.

4. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us (see §8). We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Hostinger — our web hosting provider. Your data is stored on Hostinger’s servers. See Hostinger’s Privacy Policy.
  • Google Gemini API — we send your listing title, niche, and tags to Google’s Gemini API to generate listing copy. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Etsy — when you connect your Etsy shop, we store your OAuth tokens and use them to create listings on your behalf. See Etsy’s Privacy Policy.
  • Printify — if you connect Printify, we receive webhook notifications about your orders. See Printify’s Privacy Policy.
  • Brevo — we use Brevo to send transactional emails. Your email address is shared with Brevo for this purpose. See Brevo’s Privacy Policy.
  • Sentry — we use Sentry to capture error reports. Error reports may include the URL, route, and error message but do not include passwords or payment information. See Sentry’s Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies and sessions

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie contains an encrypted session token and no personal data. It expires when you log out or after a period of inactivity. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws, including:

  • The right to access the data we hold about you.
  • The right to correct inaccurate data.
  • The right to request deletion of your data.
  • The right to object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in §8.
